She comes in late
at night wondering
if time will keep us apart
I always laugh and say
its not the hours
that shoot straight to my heart

I tell her baby, its okay
nothing will ever get in the way
as long as love is there

and she smiles and kisses me
holding me the way she has
always done and then here
we go again lost in this lovers haze

I never want to leave that which feels
as good as the way she makes me reel
