"Opening Your Envelope"

What does it take
To peek just a little
Can I look for you in there?
How shall I open you?
Will my sharp wit tear the paper open?
Or can I melt the glue with my Charm?
Will it dissolve over time, I can hope…?

And once in, will I find You?
Will the writing be clear?
Or will I need to magnify the words?
Will the paper be neat and clean?
Or will it be tear stained and wrinkled with sorrow and distrust?

And what if the envelope is Empty?
Your are no where to be found
So I tremble in disbelief
And I turn around toward the Mountain
And there you Are…………
