Perplexing
Complexing
Compositions of my mind
She rants
I rave
about the trivalities
that keep cropping up
She says its life
and I profess to be a fool
She laughs
knowing the joke
Is this really so confusing?

The colors that weave in and out
make up this mosaic
lifeline
Did I lose too much in my experimentation
or could all this ever be
perceived as profound?
Again she laughs
such beauty in simpleness
